The honor is given annually by The Krystal Company to one general manager that exceeds a variety of designated requirements.

Morris credits much of the company’s success to the sense of pride that he and his team have for The Krystal Company. “As a seven-year Krystal veteran, I’ve always taken great pride in the legacy and strength of the Krystal brand. I’ve tried to instill that same sense of pride into my team, and the fact that many of my staff members, my Master Cashiers in particular, have worked to advance themselves within the company is just one example of that personal pride,” said Morris.

Krystal franchise owner, Gene Montgomery, adds, “My wife, Janet, and I opened the Prattville Krystal in Dec. 1997 and are proud of the work from our entire staff, especially our Production Leader, Annie Williams, who has been with us since opening day.” Montgomery continues, “I commend Morris on his management abilities, as I truly believe the caliber of our employees and their longevity with the company are the main contributors to the success we have all enjoyed.”
