Winners must be legal residents of 1 of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (APO addresses ineligible), and 18 years old or older at time of participation. PRIZE:

Six (6) Grand Prize winners to be selected from valid entries. The Grand Prize Winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Academy of Country Music Awards show (the "Show"), Sunday, May 18th, 2008 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NV. Grand Prize includes round trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest identified above from the major U.S. airport nearest the winner's home to Las Vegas, NV, two (2) ACMA tickets, two (2) nights hotel accommodations for two (2) at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NV, breakfast for two (2) on 5/18/08 and 5/19/08, two (2) tickets to the Dr Pepper Pre-Show, New Face Show hosted by the ACMA, ACMA Telecast and ACMA Post Show on 5/18/08, gratuities/taxes and service fees. See "Consumer Disclosure" for odds and other details. Any expense or item not specifically listed is the responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. CONSUMER DISCLOSURE:

Winners will be selected by random electronic drawing on or about Drawing Date by Administrator. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone and/or overnight mail within one week of the drawing; if after a reasonable number of attempts during a day (as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion) contact is not made with winner, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of publicity/liability within 5 days of notification or prize will be forfeited. Alternate winner will be selected if necessary and will also be required to sign aforementioned documents within 5 days of receipt or forfeit prize.

By participating, you accept and agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and legally binding in all respects. No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of all or any part of prize to a third party permitted. In the event that a prize cannot be awarded for any reason or winner is not capable of redeeming Prize for any reason, then neither Sponsor nor any of the Sweepstakes Parties shall be obligated to award any prize and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, whether or not to substitute the prize (or portion of prize) with a prize of comparable or greater value or cash value.
